Where Wood Meets Steel has been designing and fabricating custom furniture in Denver, CO since 2006. Our pieces primarily feature wood from salvaged urban trees, much of which is milled and kiln-dried by us. Our Denver warehouse has hundreds of live edge slabs, stumps and unique pieces of wood  for custom projects from art pieces to counters to furniture. 

 

After designing and fabricating the pieces for Max's store in Cherry Creek, we were thrilled to be invited to bring a selection to the new space in Aspen. The pieces on display at Max were made using local Catalpa, Pine and Elm as well as vintage reclaimed Fir timbers. These items will be available for purchase as floor models in the Spring. In the meantime, we are happy to offer a custom quote for the piece of your dreams.
